Our experience working in some of the top Global and Local financial institutions providing asset management, securities brokerage, specialized funds, mortgages, international banking solutions, and propositions have taught us something critical in the Nigerian market – No player takes care of clients’ real estate assets in a bespoke manner. This is an irony because a sizable part of clients’ wealth is locked in real estate assets. Consequently, our service offering has been designed to address the gap. We provide solutions such as real estate asset management, property and project management, project finance, brokerage and build to sell.
